Job Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update work reports
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Reaching out to customers to collect payment for the invoices, dealing with the cash transactions and banks
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues process.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales department and finance regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Assists in work tools delivery in full coordination with the sales associate to ensure efficient workflow and timely.
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Collect payments
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- University graduate, additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Accounting background
- Highly Organized
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
