Job Description:

  • He or she has to be a good team member and should have excellent public relation skills.
  • A professional Sales Agent that will make appointments to different business's (corporate, wedding planners, event planners, hotels, venues, schools, nursery).
  • Find and map different locations that he will target
  • Make a plan each month
  • Do at least 30-45 meetings per month
  • Follow up always with client, and make a database with all venues and when did they respond, their needs, their last follow up, their contacts, their managerial positions, etc.

Job Requirements

Core skills:

  • Creating and working within budgets
  • Negotiating with vendors
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Understanding contracts
  • Having up-to-date knowledge of wedding trends

Advanced skills:

  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • University degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Preferred have a car
  • Know-How to operate this kind of job (Event Planner)
