Job Description
A highly recognized international organization is looking for a Mediation Advisor. The successful candidate will be a person of recognized knowledge, judgment, objectivity, and integrity. Being a good communicator, sensitive and respectful of the concept of diversity. The successful candidate will deal with issues in a neutral, confidential and informal approach.
The duties of the Mediation Advisor will include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding employees involved in workplace related disputes through active listening, working on solutions, facilitating dialogue or mediation between the involved parties.
The job is based in Egypt with travel within the region.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant work experience (negotiation, conflict resolution, mediation, people management)
- Fluency in English, with excellent report writing skills; Arabic and French are an advantage
- A proven track record in conflict resolution is a must
