Job Description
- Monitor compliance to all packaging and raw materials suppliers.
- Execution of the Quality Programs which include, but are not limited to: Specification checks, Process Control, Process Development & Quality Troubleshooting.
- Supervise sanitation and deep cleaning processes in all plants areas.
- Maintain strictest standards of hygiene in laboratory area.
- Lead the corrective/preventive action plans regarding out of specs samples.
- Report out of specs packaging/raw materials and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance to packaging specs and sanitation standards.
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) coordination, verification, and training.
- Complete necessary reports and documents that address above issues.
Job Requirements
- Cairo residence only can apply.
- Bachelor of Agriculture Engineering FMCG experience (from 0 - 2 years).
- Good knowledge of calibration and quality standards for food safety.
- Good knowledge of GMPs & HACCP.
- Flexible with working on rotational shifts.
- Ability to handle stress.
- Good communication skills.
