Job Description

  • To manage QDB Alumni and act as a seed in building LMIS in Egypt.
  • Lead and maintain diversified recruitment channels for learners.
  • Scan the market to come up with the ultimate protocols for the alumni based on their proficiency.
  • Lead, manage and design QDB Alumni database
  • Manage planning, organizing and implementing special events or campaigns and serve as marketing liaison for vocational Alumni recruitment
  • Work with Business Development team to concentrate on the demand and supply data
  • Lead and Manage call center and social media campaigns
  • Lead the analysis of Alumni statistics and their employment rate.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
  • 5 years of experience is required preferably with Business Development or HR specialization
  • Past experience in people development
  • Deep knowledge of Statistical Analysis
  • Experience in dealing with Blue collar is an asset
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong Communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Attention to Details
