Job Description
- To manage QDB Alumni and act as a seed in building LMIS in Egypt.
- Lead and maintain diversified recruitment channels for learners.
- Scan the market to come up with the ultimate protocols for the alumni based on their proficiency.
- Lead, manage and design QDB Alumni database
- Manage planning, organizing and implementing special events or campaigns and serve as marketing liaison for vocational Alumni recruitment
- Work with Business Development team to concentrate on the demand and supply data
- Lead and Manage call center and social media campaigns
- Lead the analysis of Alumni statistics and their employment rate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- 5 years of experience is required preferably with Business Development or HR specialization
- Past experience in people development
- Deep knowledge of Statistical Analysis
- Experience in dealing with Blue collar is an asset
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
- Leadership skills
- Strong Communication skills - verbal and written.
