Job Description
- To manage the quality assurance and staff team enhancement in order to ensure an excellent Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with organizational policies and procedures, to reach the corporate goal.
- Lead the development and maintenance of QDB Quality System ensuring the organization strategy is embedded in all QDB
- Lead and manage an appropriate verification process for approval of center’s internal quality management systems, including the conduct of examinations
- Oversee the satisfaction level of all stakeholders(training centers, partners, learners)
- Create and track annual operations budget based on operational plan
- Build costing and pricing model for new accounts.
- Manage and develop a team of Senior Quality Officers & Quality Officers processes.
- Build and maintain strategic technical partnership with international awarding bodies as “City & Guilds”.
- Advocate local Vocational Training centers accreditation
- Ensure a high level of service is provided to Center staff and external agents through the provision of accurate information, advice,
- guidance and support on the most appropriate solutions in order to meet customer needs and enhance quality standards
- Make decisions on External Verifiers’ recommendations regarding center approval status and advise customers accordingly
- Participate with QDB management team to develop QDB strategy, objectives, initiatives and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with 10 years of experience in Quality field
- Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
- Past experience in people development
- Deep Experience in Total Quality Management
- MBA is often preferable.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.
