Job Description
- The recruitment specialist is responsible for monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process within AMRIYA pharmaceuticals.
- The specialist evaluates different recruitment channels and sources and assess job applicants through CV screening and fit interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Receives the hiring plan from all divisions and develop the his/her recruitment plan accordingly taking into account different priorities
- Screens job applicants’ CVs to assess whether they fit the vacancy job description.
- Conduct behavioral interviews through different media, personal, phone or skype, to assess the candidate fit for AMRIYA pharmaceuticals and investigate he/she has the relevant competencies
- Shows good understanding of AMRIYA Competency Model
- Advises and provides informal counseling to applicants, including employees, regarding the employment process
- Verifies applicant information by checking references and verifying degrees
- Compose employment advertisement and contact various recruitment agencies
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in the sames field.
