Job Description
Sales Admin (female) for Cairo Branch, The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.
Duties of a Sales Administrator:
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Responsible of all data entry related to the sales offers, invoices ,customers data...etc
- Processing invoices for all sales transactionsReporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Taking phone calls from customers.Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Accounting
- English Proficiency
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
- Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years preferably in the same field
