Job Description
- Understand customer’s requirements - technical and commercial
- Promote the sale of company products and provide sales and technical support
- Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal and industry-specific solutions
- Deliver technical presentations that explain products and services to customers
- Manage the sales process from prospecting phase up to job completion and getting customer satisfaction passing by all technical & commercial details
- Establishing a long term relation with customers
- Handle customer complaints
- Preparing a monthly plan for job entry & shipping to meet his sales targets
- Understand company procedures and documents
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred civil, Any background in construction buildings material sales; steel engineering background or construction field will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of using “word”, “Excel”; AutoCAD & “Email”.
- Very good command of English
