Senior Product Management Specialist

Role Summary:

The purpose of this job is to Drive products through their product life cycle after commercial launch till its discontinuity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage products through their sales life, working through the core team to resolve issues and launch mid-life kickers. Respond to sales questions and resolve customer issues.
• Manage product financial performance (P&L) & defining end-to-end customer experience specifications.
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients/customers and non-clients/non-customers.
• Quickly assess market opportunities and threats and incorporate the same into Product Vision, Strategy and Principles which culminate in a compelling, motivating narrative for our Product Teams and Stakeholders – both internal and external
• Assist in utilizing Big Data to generate actionable product insights.
• Develop messaging, training, positioning, and other collateral to be leveraged by extended marketing and sales teams.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.
• Support and assist with product review as well as exploration and development of new product.
• Formulate & establish product performance objectives, normally in consultation with other functions
• Retire products at the end of their service life, ensure minimal E&O, and effectively transition sales and customers to the next generation product.
• Validate new processes and show that they are an improvement.
• Communicate stakeholders' feedback to improve the product.
