Deliver enterprise software development training to new staff, in order to reduce costs and speed up the process of employee adjustment to the company.
Determining course content according to objectives
Enhanced the skills of existing Developers in writing SOLID code, tutored in GRASP patterns, and mentored Developers in the troubleshooting of development obstacles.

Bachelors or Masters Degree on 4 year or equivalent Software Engineering or IT program
Min 5 years of hands on development experience on C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebForms Must
Highly experienced as developer is must
Strong knowledge on OOP principles and design patterns with the ability to demonstrate refactoring and clean coding techniques
Strong knowledge in web application security concepts
Fast learning and delivery abilities working within time pressure on emergent requirements
Excellent communication skills with peers
Persistent on retention of knowledge through innovative ideas and implementations
Excellent presentation skills igniting motivation to learn in team
Fluent in English,Prior experience in a mentoring role
Experienced in banking domain
Working knowledge or above on Dynamics CRM
Experienced in SSIS, SSRS, BizTalk
Participated in development tasks using AngularJS, TypeScript
Demonstration of skills on additional Microsoft technologies not listed above
Has established or involved in creating a knowledgebase of intellectual assets for an organization
