Job Description
- Applying the general corporate policies and objectives with secrecy and conservativeness
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- the DATA, the NETWORK, the WORKSTATIONS, and the running APPLICATIONS including the ERP.
- The management, servicing, maintenance of the organization's TOTAL hardware equipment. (Including remote sites).
- Implementing the assigned policies of Data backup\restore.
- Providing new solutions for the organization upon request.
- Keeping track of all new technologies, solutions, updates, and devices, to be able to provide "instant" solutions and enhancements upon request
- Keeping track of all IT-related supply contracts, delivery/maintenance times, purchase orders, etc…
Job Requirements
- University Graduate (Engineering, Science, computer science are preferred) with a minimum of 2 years working experience in the professional IT field.
- Programming skills with Visual Basic and/or MS-Access
- experience in ERP System is preferable.
