Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing & implementing egabi’s Manpower plan.
  • Following up & enhancing recruitment process and ensure its flexibility.
  • Develop, update & reviewing egabi’s recruitment process & organizational development process aligning with CMMI 3 & 4.
  • Conducting different Interviewing techniques obedient in behavioral, structured and CBI.
  • Conduct Assessment interviews based on Myers Briggs personality tests.
  • Handling Recruitment Advertisements & Campaigns.
  • Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
  • Aligning selected candidates with egabi’s competencies.
  • Conducting job analysis interviews with jobholders and direct managers.
  • Formulating job descriptions, specifications, and job relations internally & externally for each job. (Hay Methodology)
  • Responsible for Recruitment in our exterior branches in Saudi & Dubai.
  • Conduct Exit interviews with resigned employees.
  • Track Managers performance towards their employees & support them with HR functions & policies.
  • Responsible for the Outsourcing dept. (3rd party solutions)
  • Communicating with other departments to know their vacancy requirements according to the recruitment plan
  • Searching for candidates through different channels to build a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Filtering and screening CVs to categorize candidates according to job analysis.
  • Making initiative interviews (including tests, one to one interviews, and panel interviews).
  • Analyzing the efficiency of job advertisement channels to reduce the cost of none effective ones in the future.
  • Assist in preparing different recruitment forms (Application form, Staff requisition form)

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience.
