Job Description
- Ensure all electrical maintenance services operate at maximum efficiency in line with company performance indicators, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Make sure best electrical and practice is followed in all activities.
- Ensure all procedures and requirements of the maintenance system are followed and lead any development.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure process integrity is maintained at all times whilst carrying out electrical/instrumentation work.
- Manage the production of regular and ad hoc electrical reports.
- Manage safe working practices that comply with legal and company Health & Safety standards.
- Participate in the preparation of the Business Plan and implement practices and procedures required to meet both the maintenance and site Business Plan.
- Understand fully the company’s contractual obligations with the employer.
- Carry out electrical quality control and auditing procedures and put into place measures to ensure procedures are followed.
- Develop and implement company training plans and write job descriptions for staff
