Job Description
- Consult with the management or subordinates to solve workers' problems or complaints and grievances.
- Organize the daily operation with the heads of the roses.
- Receipt of raw materials and operating materials from the warehouse to start manufacturing.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the workers in the production or processing of the complete product and coordination with the laboratory to reach the required quality.
- Delivery of the finished product to the warehouse in coordination with the laboratory to issue the final results.
- Implementation of safety systems and commitment to wear personal protective equipment during the factory.
- Inspect materials, products or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Responsible for the scheduling of the rosary, such as the training of workers and their vacations, working for extra hours and recycling roses.
- Monitor work and monitor the gauges (heaters, speed .... etc) and other indicators to ensure that the operation conforms to the standards
Production. - Planning and scheduling of work, and production sequence to achieve production objectives.
