Laboratory Manager

1. Application and compliance with all quality systems and certificates obtained by the company (9001 quality, 18001 occupational safety and health, 14001 Environmental Affairs Department)
2. Application of the ISO 17025 system.
3. Evaluate laboratory safety measures to ensure compliance with standards or improvements as needed.
4. Work a database for all test results by day and hour for the product to be analyzed or customers and suppliers.
5. Create a database for all R&D results.
6. Responsible for maintaining the tools and equipment of the laboratory and replace the custody and troubleshooting when needed.
7. Responsible for keeping the laboratory clean either by himself or by using specialists.
8. Commitment to wearing the laboratory uniform clean inside the work environment.
9. Collect and analyze the sample at startup to evaluate product quality every two hours.
10. Examine and test the raw materials and approve their results in comparison with the results of the test of product analysis certificates and delivery to the store.
11. Analyzing external samples after receipt of an analysis request from the commercial department.
12. Receiving customer request from commercial department.
13. Receiving the request for analysis of raw materials from the warehouse manager before entering the warehouse.
14. Send email to suppliers to request product analysis certificate.
15. Monitoring the numbers of the raw materials and informing the warehouse official to make a request for production.
16. Send daily reports of sample test results to the production department and the chairman of the board.
17. Notify the operator of the production stop in the event of a non-conformity of the product.

19. Check the printed codes on the final product and confirm the shipment after making sure it is safe.
20. Submit the certificates of analysis of the lot to the commercial section and receipt of the request for a final product.
21. Create, modify and update the data sheet, material safety data sheet for each product.
22. Search customer complaints with the commercial department.
23. Training new employees to use and deal with laboratory equipment.
24. Contact maintenance agents to carry out periodic maintenance work and record maintenance and calibration.
