Job Description

  • Responsible for follow-up and termination of administrative staff.
  • Responsible for drafting and preparing employment contracts.
  • Responsible for investigating violations and complaints submitted to him by various departments.
  • To maintain updated records on the position of the labor force
  • Prepare payrolls for employees and employees of the company by:
  • Matching the signature of attendance and departure of employees with their record of attendance and their registration registered by security personnel.
  • Review the assignment orders for the additional work approved by the department manager.
  • Registration of leave withdrawn by employees.
  • Restrictions of sanctions and qualifications.
  • To carry out all the legal tasks assigned to him by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Carry out practical procedures to advertise jobs and recruit suitable employees through:
  • Publishing job advertisements in newspapers and on the Internet.
  • Receiving biographies and sorting the most appropriate.
  • Communicate with candidates for posts according to the selected CV.
  • Holding job interviews to determine the most suitable for the job.
  • Termination of the appointment process.
  • Responsible for the termination of the General Assembly.
  • Responsible for keeping track of periodic reports of employees
  • Dealing with government agencies regarding the company's needs such as: social insurance, post office, safety and health office
    Professional, work office.
  • To submit a statistical report of sickness cases and work injuries every 6 months.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and follow-up and termination of insurance files for all employees of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with the rules of wage accounting.
  • Familiarity with the applicable laws of the State in respect of the Labor Law, the Social Insurance Act, the Investment Guarantees and Incentives Act.

  • The ability to endure what the work requires of physical effort.
