Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Receive electronically the placed orders.
  • Revise the orders contents and required data to make sure that the orders are ready to be processed.
  • Take the required actions on the orders.
  • Contact the Customers over the phone to complete any missing information.
  • Follow up the customers tickets in order to resolve any issues.
  • Make outbound calls to collect information and/or inform the customers with any updates regarding their orders.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English.
  • Ability to work on shift basis.
  • Ability to work during the public holidays.
  • Very Good computer skills.
  • Previous Experience in dealing with customers in an advantage.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Flexible.
