Main Duties:
- Receive electronically the placed orders.
- Revise the orders contents and required data to make sure that the orders are ready to be processed.
- Take the required actions on the orders.
- Contact the Customers over the phone to complete any missing information.
- Follow up the customers tickets in order to resolve any issues.
- Make outbound calls to collect information and/or inform the customers with any updates regarding their orders.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English.
- Ability to work on shift basis.
- Ability to work during the public holidays.
- Very Good computer skills.
- Previous Experience in dealing with customers in an advantage.
- Problem Solver.
- Flexible.
