Job Description
- Manage and develop customer relationships with guidance from senior colleagues and/or to achieve the mini-cash credit limit targets.
- Communicate and arrange for a meeting / site visits with targeted companies to selling mini-cash programs
- Work with the concerned departments /sectors on the process to give the customers the credit
- Work as an active role to provide the customers with all details related to mini-cash programs.
- Open new accounts with targeted segments / customers acquiring new MC customers.
- Follow up with the Existing accounts to Maximize MC return Customers in B.TECH for execution.
- Initiate efficiently and professionally new customer accounts to increase revenues.
- Ensure the delivery of all the required documents in a timely manner to maintain accurate records in alignment with work policies and procedures.
- Prepare sales reports to advise Direct Sales Supervisors, stating sales progress in order to support further decision making
- Attend regular meetings with Direct Sales Supervisor to review weekly/ daily/ monthly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
