- Building a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates through employment fairs, universities and Community clubs
- Phone screening done as part of the filtration process and face to face interviews done in a professional & positive way with always including a clear constructive feedback.
- Efficiency in the hiring process and following up and ensuring that all accepted candidates are hired.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in mass recruitment
- Have previous experience for hiring for fluent English off shoring accounts for recruitment agencies.
- Ability to work under stress
