Managing TIEC incubator and Accelerator programs in Assiut :

Promote TIEC incubation and acceleration programs in Assiut
Monitor and evaluate the progress and needs of the incubated companies in Assiut.
Support the selection process of new entrepreneurs.
Induct new entrepreneurs, assist and support them throughout their development.
Manage the delivery of services to incubated companies in Assiut.
Establish relationship with potential mentors.
Manage and update the mentor-ship program provided to incubated companies in Assiut.
Follow up with the incubated companies and provide them with requested services
Document incubated companies in Assiut status and progress.
Connect entrepreneurs with relevant resources (e.g. Business Link, VCs, etc.)
Maintain ongoing relationship with incubation Alumni.
Assist in the presentation of TIEC programs in different entrepreneurship events and initiatives in Upper Egypt.

5-8 years’ experience with startups and Technology Transfer Offices
Experience in establishing and coordinating support services for entrepreneurs
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Entrepreneurial drive, must be a self-starter.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Team player.
Strong communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
