Job Description
- Manages and leads the sales team to maximize performance
- Providing on the job training and ongoing coaching.
- Sets budgets and targets, as well as hold meetings with the board of directors and consultants, to keep all parties informed of developments.
- Oversees sales leads.
- Helps property consultants to close sales.
- Supervises the team’s customer interaction to ensure excellent customer service.
- Evaluates the team members’ performance.
- Setting own work schedules and consistently achieving goals.
- Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market
- Ensures customers’ satisfaction with the service provided.
- Helps in facilitating and concluding deals successfully.
- Provide weekly reports of sales performance.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
- Minimum of Bachelor degree education is required
- Proven track record of as a high achiever in property sales
- charismatic leader who can inspire, lead and motivate the team
- Knowledgeable about the local property market and the competitive landscape
- Sales focused, target-oriented and driven to excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
