Job Description

Looking for an experienced and hard-worker property consultant to work at one of the top Real Estate brokerages in Egypt. 

Working with the top developers in the real estate market in Egypt different projects (Residential, Commercial, Second home) in (New Capital). 

Responsibilities:

  •  Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and any other communication methods.
  •  Have his/her own data which suits company needs
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. 
  • Provide guidance and assist clients to know related projects, market conditions, prices, etc. 
  • Answering client questions and handling objections. 
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value. 
  • Arrange meetings with new and existing customers. 
  • Achieve sales target set by the company. 
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.

Job Requirements

  • Experience:  Minimum of 2 years in the new capital area is a must
  • Females or Males.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • To be interested in sales and Customer Service work.
  • To be Negotiable.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, good command of Arabic & English languages.
  • Communication skills.
  • working location at 6 of October city
  • Owns a car is a must
