Main Job Duties:
- Leading the moderator's team and updating them with new products and specs.
- Review Replies with the right answers.
- Handle all customers' problems via social media Platforms/ App/websites.
- Coordinate with the operation manager the stock in retails before running campaigns or offers.
- Coordinate with CS Team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a Must.
- Experience in digital marketing is a MUST.
- 2-4 Years of Experience in moderation.
- Excellent command of English.
- Communication Skills & Problem Solving.
- Detail-Oriented.
- Can work independently.
