Job Description
- Provides visionary leadership that inspires the highest levels of performance in the delivery of health care and business and operational administration
- Setting up the hospital policy and goals through the Hospital Executive Committee.
- Performing the planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising all the Hospital activities and services, through the Hospital Executive Committee.
- Ensures best practice, evidence based approaches to consistently deliver exceptional, well-coordinated and integrated care that delivers high level outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Maintains effective and collaborative relationships with the medical staff that inspire loyalty, ensures the ability to meet the health needs of the community and advances quality, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
- Leading the Hospital Executive Committee and approving the issued decisions.
- Develops , implements and executes operational plans that ensure timely strategic goal achievement.
- Supervising the application of all systems, regulations, and instructions.
- Maintains an organized system of management and controls that ensure smooth function of hospital operations, timely accomplishment of goals and physical, financial and human resource viability and success.
- Preparing and supervising of the annual hospital budget for the hospital
- Submission of regular reports of the hospital services and activities to the Board of Directors.
- Supervises the application of Continuous training and educational programs that guarantee improvement
- Supervising the implementation of different quality assurance programs in the hospital that guarantee the best medical care possible with minimum cost.
- Attending the meetings and symposiums which concern the hospital.
Job Requirements
Education/Licensure and Experience :
- Bachelor Degree in Medicine
- Master degree in health care administration or bachelor degree in Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive healthcare leadership.
