Job Description
- Answer customers phone calls for both “service reservation and sales calls”
- Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM system and As 400 System
- Provide the customers visits and transfer them smoothly to salesman or service advisor
- Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list
- Make daily reports for service department “ Traffic Log”
Job Requirements
- 0-2 year of experience
- Very good communication skills.
- Prefer having a previous customer service background.
- Very good in Microsoft office.
