Job Description

  1. Answer customers phone calls for both “service reservation and sales calls”
  2. Welcome and greet visitors and register all customer data in CRM system and As 400 System
  3. Provide the customers visits and transfer them smoothly to salesman or service advisor
  4. Make daily showroom and receiving area maintenance check list
  5. Make daily reports for service department “ Traffic Log”

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 year of experience
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Prefer having a previous customer service background.
  • Very good in Microsoft office.
  • Gender / Females Only
