Job Summery:

• Branch manager opportunity ,newly established pharmacy chain
• Require for 1st branch in (Masr El Gdeda) Branch manager

Job Description:

• Participate in planning for sales and operation of branch according to clear and detailed (action plan)
• Lead the branch team to achieve and execute the (action plan) within time frame,with continuous follow up of results with team and managers on weekly basis
• Quarterly evaluation for team members in branch to ensure the (Elite) standards of service introduced for our (guests)and ensure continuous development of team
• On job mini-training of new team members on daily tasks, and managerial work
• Follow up and ability to extract all useful Reports to follow up all Kpis of (branch sales) and (team)
• Follow up the process of (daily purchase and orders) according to policies +to ensure availability and best stock management(with help of purchase department)
• Expire and (low moving items)management and follow up to ensure quality of stock management
• All managerial and daily reports follow up (attendance + sales + orders+ cash collection)
• Follow up execution of branch marketing plan (with marketing department) and determine results and impact on revenue and profit
• Presentation of all achievements and activities of branch at end of each quarter to (Elite board of directors)
