About the Job
  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Update existing customer information
  • provide approvals for phone customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • report daily to the call center manager

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of medicine school
  • Prefer to have experience in medical insurance
  • Age 32+
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
