Job Description

  • Prepares and processes paperwork for new hires and ensures the completion of all required new hire documentation and benefit related forms. Also assists with preparing employee exit and separation information and forms.
  • Generates all the periodical reports/data needed to be submitted to the government labor office and social insurance.
  • Handles all termination procedures and following up on the law suits if available.
  • Follows up on the attendance system.
  • Prepares and records overtime hours in order to be added to wages and salaries to eligible employees.
  • Assists in processing payroll.
  • Following up the employment contracts and probation period due dates to be send to the concerned manager.
  • Provides customer service to departments and employees on payroll and personnel related inquiries.
  • Create archiving system for employee’s documents and Maintain up-to-date and accurate database records for all staff.
  • Documents all the human resources department actions.
  • Executes employee relations programs, including non-monetary reward and recognition programs, communication efforts, special events, and related activities to promote positive employee morale
  • Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Participate in the recruitment hiring plan and strategy.
  • Follow up on the candidate’s status & interview feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , law or any other related field.
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR personnel & Recruitment field .
  • HR Diploma or certificate is advantage .
  • Excellent to Very good English Fluency
  • Ability to establish confidential and effective working relationships and use good judgment when dealing with employees and other internal and external customers.
  • Multitasking with an ability to meet deadlines .
  • Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic and team player .
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills .
  • Nasr City & Sheraton residence is preferable .
