- To lead and facilitate HR processes in Chemicals Business so as to ensure a happy, productive and committed workforce to accomplish the Company goals and employees aspirations and wellbeing.
- To manage the external and internal environment in view of the hazardous nature of Plant operations ensuring no disruption in
operations. - To lead Sustainable Development initiatives in line with our CDM commitments and make CB the torchbearer of CSR in AGChem.
