Job Description
- Generate original documents data base.Work on all shipping local correspondence.
- Follow up all the air freight shipment for customs clearance and ensure their arrival to our warehouse.
- Update the sales and logistics Departments by the arrival date of requested order.
- Prepare all the documents needed for the air freight and sea shipment.
- Prepare and update the shipment report.
- Request the money transfer for our order from the accounting department.
- Follow up the governmental approvals.
- Follow up the domestic shipment.
- Organize all the shipping filling.
Job Requirements
- Hold a batch degree from supply chain, business administration or any related faculty.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent time management
- Basic knowledge of logistics system
- Good customer care ability
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
