Job Description
- Dealing with local banks, having excellent knowledge of the facilities, and preparing the banks' requirements that finance the projects.
- Dealing with the external and internal auditors and providing the monthly and annual audit and timely professional closing requirements.
- Using accounting software related to contracting, Primavera and especially Oracle Systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's accounting degree or any discipline has a similar relationship with one of the prestigious universities and recognized.
- Experience of not less than seven years in accounting sector contracting, construction and industrial companies.
- Experience recording customer and supplier accounts records, materials, equipment, salaries, warehouses, expenses, subcontractors' extracts, banks, cash, production costs and inventory costs at the end of each month.
- Excellent knowledge of using accounting software related to contracting, Primavera and especially Oracle Systems.
- Good knowledge of SOCPA accounting principles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and International Accounting Standards / International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS, especially related to the field of contracting.
- Good understanding of the preparation of budgets, balance sheet and cash flows, and making the calculations for the percentage of completion and issuing monthly Payment Certificates.
- Excellent experience in construction contracts and government projects, and private companies in the field, which means contracting.
- Capable and experienced in dealing with the external and internal auditors and providing the monthly and annual audit and timely professional closing requirements.
- Good experience with zakat, income, and value-added tax laws in the KSA.
- Preferable to hold a professional certificate of CPA or CMA.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
