Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, who is willing to execute and deliver high quality of work. The perfect candidate should know all about the 3 pillars of social media; content creation, accounts and ads management, while using the appropriate digital tools that will assist him/her in maintaining the KPIs of any brand.
- SEO knowledge and Data analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute social media plan through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, and video)
- Create and maintain a brand's social media pages and profiles.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.
- Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
- You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints and criticisms posted on social media.
- Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
- You will work on several accounts; whether B2B or B2C.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Al-Alsun, or any related field.
- 2 - 4 years experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. (Linkedin and YouTube are a plus)
- Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and possibly the rest of the G Suite applications.
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Strong fluency of English and Arabic languages.
- Smart and organized.

- Strong Presentation and Communication skills.
