Job Description
Main Duties:
- All secretarial duties and office supply management
- Act as the coordinator between the company’s departments.
- Follow up on pending issues delegated by the Executive Manager
- Handle calendar for the Executive Manager including scheduling of appointments, meeting agendas, calls, time planning, and screening calls.
- Attend outside meetings, develop meeting minutes and follow up on action plans accordingly.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the executive manager.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Job Requirements
- From 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Planning & Organizing skills.
- Near by areas residents are preferred.
