- Designing & updating internal & external training materials including PPT, instructor’s manual, student’s manual, videos, workshops,…..etc.
- Ensuring that the external training material received from the provider is matching with all the requirement to help closing the gap.
- Keeping the training section updated with the recent training trends, programs & methodologies to ensure effective delivery & meeting the required quality of training activities.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- 5 - 7 years' experience in the same field.
- HR Diploma, TOT or its equivalent is a must
- Excellent searching skills from multiple resources (internet, books,…etc).
- Good Data analysis and follow up skills.
- People Management.
