Job Description
- Manage all communication and scheduling with candidates, and coordinate the logistics of all interviews.
- Screen resumes in terms of skills, experience, and knowledge to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct prescreening interviews (Telephone Screening).
- Administer job applications and all employment tests for candidates.
- Maintain all applicants’ data and post-interview feedback, softcopy on the server, and hardcopy in well-ordered files.
- Forward apology mails to the unaccepted candidates.
- Participate in preparing presentations.
- Attend job fairs for recruiting and for company recognition.
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- Very good communication & interpersonal skills
- Team player & details-oriented
- Good presentation skills
