Job Description

  • Manage all communication and scheduling with candidates, and coordinate the logistics of all interviews.
  • Screen resumes in terms of skills, experience, and knowledge to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews (Telephone Screening).
  • Administer job applications and all employment tests for candidates.
  • Maintain all applicants’ data and post-interview feedback, softcopy on the server, and hardcopy in well-ordered files.
  • Forward apology mails to the unaccepted candidates.
  • Participate in preparing presentations.
  • Attend job fairs for recruiting and for company recognition.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of English is a must.
  • Very good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Team player & details-oriented
  • Good presentation skills
