Senior After Sales Specialist

Job Description:

• Support, Enhance & configure ERP application in order to fulfill the business requirements
• Set meetings with business stakeholders for business requirements' gathering & analysis
• Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution.
• Support customers with implementation and training as well as providing post-sales support as needed.
• Customize and implement new vendor applications extensions or updates to the existing solution in order to fulfill the needed business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously
• audit/uncover data integrity, process integrity, and productivity issues and assist users with new report design and management.
• Train end users in specific modules of ERP application.
