- The telesales agent's main responsibility is to offer the company portfolio of services to customers in Canada.
- A target will be given and performance will be determined based on achievement against this target. Job details are as follows :
Job Duties :
- Call customers from given list on daily basis ( KPI used to measure ).
- Offer company services ( training will be done whenever is needed )
- Send quotations to customers on required services ( KPI Used to measure ).
- Close deals and pass to operations to perform the job ( KPI used and commission granted ).
Job Requirements
Job title : Telesales Agent
- Reporting to : Sales Manager
- Working Hours : 3:30 p.m - 11:30 p.m ( Cairo time )
Skills required for this job are :
- Fluency in English ( with strong American Accent ) French is a plus.
- Phone selling skills
- Knowledge and experience in Transport business is a plus
