About our client

Commercial Agent . Import . Export . Providing Administrative and Technical services to international companies in Egypt, representing International companies in the Egyptian market

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
  • Handle sensitive assignments that include highly confidential information.
  • Draft correspondence; manage mailings and other administrative duties.
  • Coordinate calendar for meetings and other professional and personal appointments.
  • Provide personal support to the Chairman and his family including Travel arrangements, bill payments...etc
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing guests travel logistics
  • Translation tasks as required
  • Special projects as needed

Job Requirements

Skills required:

  • Perfect English is a must. German is a bonus.
  • Correspondence and communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Perform all tasks on zero mistake
  • Organizational skills
  • Years of Experience: minimum 10 years
