Job Description
- Ensure routine smooth operations across the area branches.
- Manage area staff including but not restricted to training and interviewing.
- Assist with overtime for staff management, annual reviews, schedule hours, and subordinates time off.
- Supervise entire inventory management related to the branches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- MBA holder is preferred.
- At Least 5 years Experience as an Area Manager.
- Excellent Presentation, Communication, Negotiation & Selling skills.
- Excellent Organizational & Time Management skills.
- Analytical, Team Work, Leadership & Problem Solving skills.
- Professionalism & Charisma.
