- Developing an understanding of the market, identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other communication
- Following through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout the customer engagement process.
- Executing a strategic, efficient and high touch, achieve his work via phone, email and social media platforms that meet/ exceed set targets and expectations.
- Setting up meetings with potential customers to provide demonstrations and learn about their needs as a business.
- Following up in a timely manner with chance to progress conversion to completion and handle objections they may have.
- Collating and providing information and reports as required.
- Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns.
- The systematic development of potential new customers to increase the chances on the market.
Job Requirements
- Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT).
- Sales experience within an E-Commerce
- 5-6 years of professional experience in a sales or account management role within a relevant industry (software sales – marketing agency)
- Strong communication skills and a proven record of accomplishment of new customer acquisition.
- Be results oriented and have a proven record of achieving targets and objectives.
- Experience of analyzing, collating and presenting data/ demos to support proposals to current and prospective clients.
