Job Description
- Lead the Project Team members in the successful completion of their assigned tasks to the required quality within schedule, allocated budgets and scope;
- Commercial Management - Contract management, including delivery on the budget gross margin.
- Apply Project Management Processes and tools including Project Schedule,
- Customer Interface, Risk & Opportunity Management,
- Management of contractual obligations,
- Project Reporting and financial performance
- Cost Control - Plan and prepare accurate project estimates. Establish cost report for control of projects
- HSE & Quality Management - Compliance with Voltalia policies and procedures.
- Implement lessons learned system
Position size: 10 M€ for typical projects, but in some cases the investment can be up to 200 M€.
Job Requirements
Education and Technical Skills Level (academic degree, experience, courses, habilitations, language, …)
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years experience in construction projects with medium to large size projects
- Minimum 4 years project management experience with medium and large size projects (preferably in the energy sector)
- Having experience in Contract, Risk and Procurement Management
- Used to work with international, multi-cultural teams, in multiple times zones
- Proven Leadership and management skills towards business results
- Consolidated knowledge in planning software (Project, Primavera, etc)
- Fluent in English, French and or Portuguese advanced, other languages would be a plus
Required Soft Skills (autonomy level, responsibility level, accuracy, interpersonal skills, …)
- Leadership skills;
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Customer and Business focus; Effective management of multiple stakeholders
- Creative problem solving for critical projects/ crisis situations;
