Job Description

  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality promotional materials (Presentations, Proposals, Handouts,.......etc.)
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Creating schedule and calendar for the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
  • Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available either soft or hard copies
  • Develop market analysis and other market studies to adhere the company’s existence in different markets & boost it’s sales.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Creating all the needed reports
  • Liaise with company departments, partners and other organizations to support sales team.
  • Provide office support for the sales team.
  • Deal with customers & prospects who contact sales department.
  • Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
  • Assisting with promotional activities to augment the company’s presence in the market.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Very Good Organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Very Good computer skills.
  • Good understanding of sales principles.
