Job Description
- Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality promotional materials (Presentations, Proposals, Handouts,.......etc.)
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
- Creating schedule and calendar for the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
- Help develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available either soft or hard copies
- Develop market analysis and other market studies to adhere the company’s existence in different markets & boost it’s sales.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Creating all the needed reports
- Liaise with company departments, partners and other organizations to support sales team.
- Provide office support for the sales team.
- Deal with customers & prospects who contact sales department.
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date
- Assisting with promotional activities to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Detail Oriented.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Very Good Organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
