Job Description

The Membership Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the acquisition of new Memberships;

  • Pro-actively identify potential leads for individual Membership.
  • Build and maintain an on-going potential leads database in the CRM for individual Membership.
  • Acquire new Members – communicating with them by phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage the administration of Membership applications including: introduction to Lifestyle Manager, sending of the new Membership pack, liaising with accounting for payment processing
  • Assist in preparing any sales documentation according to the regional sales and marketing strategy and keep these updated at all times.
  • Promoting the exclusive nature and the up-market image of Quintessentially on all appropriate occasions.
  • Meet strict sales targets on a monthly basis, with the aim to exceeding these

Job Requirements

  • Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Luxury Sales (Real Estate, Big-Ticket Items, Automotive), Luxury Customer Service, Luxury Lifestyle and/or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.
  • Proven track record of meeting strict sales targets, regularly exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Experienced handling of executives, senior executives, VIP’s, personalities, celebrities, persons of social standing.
  • In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.
  • Global contact address book spanning all major industries
  • Possess a minimum of 2-4 years Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST.
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude – ready to get involved at all times.
  • Confident, with the ability to prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines working under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Mature approach, dedicated and committed with a strong drive, independent.
  • Polished appearance.
