Job Description

  • Support direct manager with all related admin work.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
  • Assist Operation Director in all possible works like in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Update the Operation Director about appoints with various Head of Departments
  • Manage the schedules to enhance effective time management and coordinates activities, prioritize appointments and reschedule where necessary.
  • Assist in setting appointments and organizing agenda, minutes, and resolutions for meetings.
  • Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Provide administrative services for the managers.
  • Book tickets, accommodations and arrange travel matters.
  • Prepare letters, presentations and reports.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
  • Work with internal and external contacts at all levels to fulfill the above duties.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Business Administration Graduate is a MUST.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operation management.
  • Experience in GCC is a MUST.
  • Human Resources background is an advantage.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Maximum Age: 30
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel abroad.
