Job Description
Role Purpose:
- Achieving the sales target
- Maintaining excellent customers' relations
- Creating / store strong customer data base through in/out door efforts.
- Handling and responding to all customers enquirers through coordination with other departments.
- Explaining, simplifying and showing advantages of products.
- Assisting customers in selecting suitable products in accordance with EFSA regulations and restrictions
- Handling customers' complaints and maintaining good company image
- Provide detailed periodically reporting
- Ensure proper follow up for sales leads.
