Job Description
- Troubleshooting user problems, software, hardware & mobile.
- Install and configure users PCs.
- Handling user physical reallocation.
- Handling user network problems.
- Maintaining users’ requests on Service Desk, Phone Calls and IM.
- Tracking and maintaining IT assets on Service Desk.
- Troubleshooting, fixing and testing physical networks elements (Nodes, Patch Panels and cables).
- Build and update OS system images for various users’ types.
- Maintaining laptop backup.
- Troubleshooting OS problems and solving applications issues.
- Report problems feedback and make documentation.

- Basic knowledge in administrating MS Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge in administrating MS Exchange server.
- Strong computer hardware knowledge.
- CCNA Certificate preferred.
- MCSA 2012 Certificate preferred.

- Work under stress.
