Job Description
- Responsible for the follow-up of personnel, from recruitment to end of contract.
- Have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office.
- Prepare or maintain online & offline employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Schedule management meetings with employees and resolving problems for all staff.
Job Requirements
- Female only - preferred to be New Cairo resident
- At least 3-5 year experience in a similar position.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Leadership skills
- Good knowledge of the labor law regulations.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
