Job Description

  • Responsible for the follow-up of personnel, from recruitment to end of contract.
  • Have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office.
  • Prepare or maintain online & offline employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Schedule management meetings with employees and resolving problems for all staff.

Job Requirements

  • Female only - preferred to be New Cairo resident
  • At least 3-5 year experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of the labor law regulations.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
